Services & Rates

I currently accept the following insurance at my SE Portland Location only: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Moda Health, Pacific Source, Providence, Regence. At this location I am employed by WellPath Counseling & Associates. It is through this employment contract that I am able to provide services reimbursable by the above mentioned insurance companies.

At my Salt & Cedar Counseling office located at 9620 NE Tanasbourne Drive, I only accept private pay. At your request, I can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Before pursuing this, I recommend asking your provider the following:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?

• Do I need approval from my primary care physician?

• Can I be reimbursed for services using a superbill?
