I currently do not accept insurance but anticipate adding this option soon.

Many insurance companies reimburse mental health services with a "Superbill." I can provide you with one monthly for submission to your insurance. Before pursuing this, I recommend asking your provider the following:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?

• Do I need approval from my primary care physician?

• Can I be reimbursed for services using a superbill?
